Marketing maps designed for action
Whether you are an entrepreneur of a small to mid-sized business or the head executive of sales or marketing for a large corporation, we start with a discovery and analysis engagement that includes:
- Uncover the "Present State" - gather the facts, follow the money trail, evaluate messaging, market, etc.
- Develop the "Desired Future State" (Vision) - facilitate brainstorming sessions and conduct interviews to discuss goals, objectives, target audience, opportunties, threats, competitors, and much more.
- Prioritize and select "Vision Breakthrough Elements" - focus on the handful of marketing and sales tactics that have the greatest value, quickest impact on the business.
- And then, literally "Draw a Map" from the present state to desired future state - a graphic illustration that can be hung on the wall that illustrates the prioritized initiatives and tactics needed to accomplish your goals. This includes action lists, ROI, resources, cost, and timelines.
We could walk away at this point, content that there is value just in planning. There is, but we believe if you don't take action, then the strategy is merely desktop fodder. So, we offer a variety of coaching packages designed to keep the strategies moving forward. We don't let the crises du jour keep you from accomplishing this.
For the Entrepreneur: Package A Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to evaluate progress, measure results, and adjust the program accordingly (10) hours per month
Package B Package A in addition to scoping each tactic, finding the appropriate resources, negotiating, contracting, and managing the overall program (brand management). Client liasion (20) hours per month
Package C Essentially become your outsourced CMO and do all of the above plus manage the tactics (40+) hours per month
For the Sales or Marketing Executive or Entrepreneur: Package D One-to-one marketing campaign - develop strategy, design concepts, implement, execute, and measure an integrated, targeted campaign that includes direct mail, micro websites, email advertising, and event tactics
Package E eMail Marketing - develop a strategy, recommend tools, design, and implement a "Stay in Touch" campaign using email
Package F Interactve Marketing - develop a strategy, user experience plan, and with partners develop, deploy, test and measure anything interactive
